Bay Street Theatre has had some stellar productions over the last couple of years, including Rent and Avenue Q (my reviews are here and here). The old show bar on the 2nd level, above Club One’s dance floor, has some limitations, but there’s a wonderful, somewhat aging intimacy to the space, with every seat close to the stage.
