Predictably, there was a huge, diverse crowd throughout the evening.<\/p>\n<p>Damon Mailand, Anders Thomsen, Mike DiSanza, Igor Fiksman, and Charlie Hodge were joined by a number of other musicians during the four hours of nonstop live music.
