One of the directors of the bank also ran the fund, which swindled investors out of millions of dollars. That bank director, Aubrey Lee Price, is <a href=\"http:\/\/online.wsj.com\/article\/SB10001424052702304141204577512601925759934.html?mod=googlenews_wsj#articleTabs%3Darticle\" target=\"_blank\">now missing<\/a> and so is the money.<\/p>\n<p>Greg Morris, state house banking committee chair, was a director at the bank and had previously been fined by the FDIC.
