The funding and ideology of the IOJ aside, I think they have a really compelling case. The federal court in DC obviously agrees. The question here isn’t about federal meddling as much as it is about local government meddling, in my opinion.

Savannah is fully capable of modifying its ordinances which is long overdue. We don’t need any federal intervention. We need to develop our own policies, free of Federal meddling.

You must declare an affiliation with one of the major tour companies or show a tax certificate. I wonder who thought that one up?
