As I’ve noted recently, you’ll need a $5 wristband to drink out of to-go cups (unless you’re a smoker outside a particular establishment) in the designated festival area anytime on Friday, March 15 or after 5 p.m. on Saturday, March 16. Savannah’s parade this year is on March 16 — a typical move when St. Patrick’s Day falls on a Sunday.
