Another Safe//Sound production at The Sparetime. These upstairs shows at the new-ish bar at the corner of Congress and MLK have drawn good audiences and intriguing acts that likely wouldn’t have stopped in Savannah at all in the past.

Denver psych rockers Tjutjuna play the Sparetime Wednesday October 24th. Tjutjuna are on Firetalk records, a NY label run by Woodsman’s Trevor Peterson. Their excellent self title 12″came out in 2010, and recently they released another heavy hitting single “Desert song”. For fans of psych or anyone looking for a mind altering experience this show should not be missed.
