Holding on to what I got, fixing what needs fixing…as much as possible, and trying to keep the rental stuff rented…thank god for all the students.
People are so antsy, tired of all the depressing news that any…and I mean any blip of good news sends people to the car dealers (or is that the gas prices), restaurants, and clubs. No one is getting irate about the price of gas…as when it was $2.75 a gallon…remember that?
They…whoever they is…have us keeping out heads down, slogging back and forth to work(both jobs), and reminding us “how luck we are” that we have job(s), car, house, etc… Glad I’m old enough to know that when things really get bad…I’ll be to senile to know! Oh, and yes that was the good news…
